- PREPARING FOR THE SESSION -

All you need is a comfy spot to sit and a phone or internet connection.

Energy work is not bound by physical space, so working remotely does not impact the quality of the session. In fact, working remotely allows me to focus clearly on the intuitive information and visuals I receive so I can pass that information on to you.

In-person sessions can be arranged on request.
